1. About Us

DrivCheck Ltd ("DrivCheck", "we", "us") operates the website drivcheck.co.uk and provides vehicle history reports for cars, vans and bikes in the United Kingdom. Our reports are compiled from reputable third-party data sources and delivered by email.

You can contact us at any time regarding these terms or your order at info@drivcheck.co.uk. Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm.

2. Our Services

We provide digital vehicle history reports covering data points such as outstanding finance and HPi agreements, stolen vehicle markers, insurance write-off categories, mileage history with clocking alerts, MOT records, keeper history, import/export status and indicative valuation.

Our current offer is a Full Vehicle History Report priced at £28.00 per report. Each report relates to one vehicle registration (or VIN) and is intended for the personal or business use of the customer who purchased it.

3. Placing an Order

• Choose the vehicle type, enter a valid UK registration number (or a 17-character VIN) and provide your name, email address, phone number and address.
• Review your order summary and continue to the secure checkout.
• You will receive a unique Order ID — please keep it for any support or refund request.
• It is your responsibility to enter the correct registration or VIN. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-run the check free of charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price of a Full Vehicle History Report is £28.00 (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.

All payments are processed securely through our secure checkout. You can pay with your debit/credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are entered in our payment provider's secure hosted fields and are never shared with or stored by us.

Every payment is verified before your report is released. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received.

5. Delivery of Reports

Reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your payment has been verified, your report is normally compiled and emailed within the hour during business hours.

You do not need an account to receive your report. If a report has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us with your Order ID.

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

Our reports are compiled from third-party data sources for informational purposes only. While we work with reputable providers, report contents may be subject to delays, gaps or omissions in the underlying source data.

A report is not a substitute for an independent mechanical inspection, a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified engineer, or official records. Always verify important information — such as outstanding finance or theft status — with the official record holder before making a purchase decision.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete details when placing an order.
• Use reports only for lawful purposes, including vehicle purchase decisions and ownership verification.
• Do not resell, redistribute or publish report contents without our prior written permission.
• Do not attempt to misuse, scrape or disrupt the website or its payment systems.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

If we cannot deliver your report after a verified payment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method. If you entered an incorrect registration, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-run the check free of charge.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the DrivCheck name, logo, design, text and report format — is owned by or licensed to DrivCheck Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may download or print a copy of your own report for personal use; any other reproduction requires our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrivCheck Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our reports — including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a vehicle purchase decision.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the website or placing an order after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
